The room had been set up so that there were six monitors placed at the first three chairs on either side of the table nearest the one at the head. Shieldmaidens mother charter President Alex “Bullet” Carbajal takes her place at the head of the table and looks to the club’s IT people, the twins, Tanya “Crash” Chritensen and Danya “Burn” Christensen.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Is everything ready?
Crash looks over everything.
Tanya "Crash" Christensen: We should be good.
Burn nods her agreement.
Danya "Burn" Christensen: If we’re not, I can run over to the laptop and give everything a check.
Bullet nods gratefully and then motion at the monitors. The twins take their places at their respective computers and the screens come to life. Six faces are suddenly looking back at Bullet, her fellow Shieldmaidens’ charter Presidents, Mt. Diablo’s Frances “Fenris” Sanders, Kill Devil Hills’ Rafaella “Shiloh” Anderson, London’s visibly and heavily pregnant Ophelia “Widow” Blaque-Jackson, Dallas’ Sawyer, Devil’s Rock’s Caroline “Tita” Wynne and San Cristobal de las Casas’ Leticia “Lety” Calderón. Bullet nods to them all.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Thank you for joining me today. I wish to especially thank Widow for joining us despite being under orders to disengage from business for the moment until after her baby arrives.
She nods to the third monitor on her right.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Gracias, Widow.
Widow nods back in kind.
Ophelia "Widow" Jackson: Anything to get everybody off my ass for a few minutes! I’m fucking pregnant, not dying!
Bullet snickers, everyone else following suit except for usually dour Sawyer.
Sawyer: I’m kinda feelin’ the same fuckin’ way. People equal shit and the less I have to deal with them, the better!
Shiloh grins.
Rafaella "Shiloh" Anderson: That sounds like our Sawyer, alright!
The other presidents all snicker again.
Frances "Fenris" Sanders: So what’s on your mind, Ale?
Bullet looks over the assembled group, going from one to the next all the way around.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: As you are all aware, we have had a lot of spontaneous interactions with a ring in the last year that have seemingly tapered off recently. Given that we need to expand our network’s reach for information, a request for an expansion charter has come in for San Clemente.
Fenris immediately straightens up like a jolt of electricity has just gone up her spine.
Frances "Fenris" Sanders: San Clemente… California?
Bullet nods.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: The same.
Lety exhales.
Leticia "Lety" Calderón: No in Mexico?
Bullet shakes her head.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Southern California, halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. We have two prospects here that would happily transfer to it as they have interests in the area.
Caroline "Tita" Wynne: They do?
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Stoyo’s girlfriend works out of San Diego. Rocket’s lives in Los Angeles. They would also both help with establishing business interests. Stoyo is a skilled tattoo artist and Rocket has been learning the fight business under Psycho, King and Queenie.
Tita nods.
Caroline "Tita" Wynne: Ok, that’s two, who else would we have there? .
Bullet nods knowingly.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Rocket has a sister there. Dokueki has several connections as well.
Frances "Fenris" Sanders: Who?
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Halo, Chi Chi and Jane.
Fenris’ jaw drops.

Frances "Fenris" Sanders: No, we don’t get all of Cali anyway. There’s a guy in Los Angeles that is slowly taking that over. There's a rumbling that he’s charging a toll to ride through there so putting a charter on the other side won’t fuck wit us at all.
Bullet nods.

Bullet nods again.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Brothers as Dragons. Tanya as President. She has already scouted locations and found a clubhouse and business places. They would have a total of twelve patches right now if the list all is used eyes on two more.
Widow smiles.
Ophelia "Widow" Jackson: See, never doubt that Ale’s got things thought out.
Rafaella "Shiloh" Anderson: Should’ve known better…
Sawyer nods her agreement.
Sawyer: Yeah, we should have, dammit!
Fenris sits back in her seat.
Frances "Fenris" Sanders: Does this mean Cali’s a hotspot for that shit?
Bullet nods.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Major ports, we will have to be in contact with the Wolves given where other international ones are.
Leticia "Lety" Calderón: They will start again soon?
Bullet shrugs.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: We do not know, but it is expected now that holidays have passed and Universities have attendees again.
The other presidents all nod in unison.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: All in favor of awarding a charter to San Clemente?
Fenris nods.
Frances "Fenris" Sanders: Aye.
Shiloh follows quickly.
Rafaella "Shiloh" Anderson: Aye.
Tita frowns but then nods.

Widow ponders for a second and then nods.

The twins nod and start packing up now that the meeting has been completed.
